Due to the increase size of participation, the 2010 Texas Greek Picnic will not be held at a local community park. Instead, City Hall has decided to host the event on its front lawn. Surrounded by a spacious lawn and beautiful trees, Hermann Square is home to many of Houston's largest festivals and the introduction to the 2010 Texas Greek Picnic is a perfect fit.
With the change of location comes many new responsibilities, new goals, new fun, and new activities. Greeks will be in attendance from across the nation and we know the Greeks of Houston will give them a huge southern welcome.
New amenities this year include: a B.B.Q Contest, Free Food, Beer Tastings, and much more.
