Is the event rain or shine?
The Picnic runs rain or shine. Severe-weather updates go out on our official channels.
What items are prohibited?
A complete list of prohibited items, such as outside food, drinks, and coolers, will be displayed before the event.
Where can I park?
There is onsite parking for $20. We encourage ride-share to all events, including the Picnic.
Are tickets refundable?
We do not offer any refunds. You may sell or give your ticket away if you are unable to attend.
What is the dress code?
Varies by event — Western for Boots & Dukes, elevated for the Rooftop Soirée, stylish and comfortable for the Picnic.
Is rideshare recommended?
Yes — rideshare is the easiest way to get around, especially for the evening events and the Official After Party. Look for designated drop-off and pickup areas at each venue.
Can I leave and re-enter?
Re-entry depends on the event. Check your ticket or ask Guest Services on-site.
Are children welcome?
The Picnic is family-friendly. Some evening events may be 21+ — check event details.
